Step 1. Open Smart PSS.

Step 2. Open "Playback" window.

Step 3. Login to the NVR you want to download the video.

Step 6. Set desired number of minutes.

Step 7. Select "Scissors" icon again.Step 2. Click +Add to add a device.

Step 8. Select path of the downloaded video.

Step 9. Select "MP4" format always.

Step 10. Select "OK".

Step 11. A window will open warning that the "Playback function will stop working", select "OK".
